Render & tiles completed

Test run

Got some supplies from the shop and made up some ham & pineapple pizzas, turned out quite good. Oven took about 1 1/2 hours to get upto 400 degree. The outside did get quite hot so i might look at putting some ceramic blanket over the dome before rendering.

Flue installed

Template worked out fine. Last bricks will be installed around top of flue tomorrow with render to start next week - then it will be ready for first cook up!

Measuring up for flue install

I think this will work. I have marked out the center point which is shown with string lines. I also cut the end off one of the flues and made a template for on top of the roof. The idea is to drill the center hole & line the template up then trace the outline of the flue on the roof. I will sleep on this idea tonight and google to try & find a easier way before the big cut in the morning
